The New Center Development team is proud to introduce you to BPL’s 41st center, Copperas Cove, TX! The center officially opened for donations on Monday, January 29th at 12:00 p.m. The team processed ten donations on their first day!

The Copperas Cove center is the first center to open in 2018. This project was led by Jeffrey “Rob” Elmore New Center Development, Project Lead along with support from twelve fellow NCD team members.

The center management team is led by Greg Johnson, a transfer from the Beaumont. He is assisted by ACMs Quintesha Greene and Leigh Anne Cumbee (formerly ACM at Bryan) under the careful guidance of ROM Katherine Pacpaco. The Center’s quality is run by CQM Nicole Schiller, and QAAs Erika Enriquez and Karen Rogers under the steady oversight of FQM Lesher Fernandez. Training for this center is delivered by TC Dwayne McGirt with the leadership of FTM Diane Wright. This center has already established a great camaraderie and look forward to being examples of respect, reliability, technical proficiency, and service.

Thank you to Austin 1, Austin 2, Lubbock Main, Lubbock 34, Beaumont, Bryan, and College Station for assisting with training and development, as well as all the departments at Headquarters that worked tirelessly to bring this new center opening to reality.
